“Enhance cross-cultural understanding by interpreting Cantonese with precision and preserving its rich cultural integrity.”
Through continued training, I hope to develop the skills needed to interpret Cantonese with precision, supporting clearer representation in a range of cross-cultural settings.
My hope is to contribute to environments where Cantonese can be understood in its full integrity - recognized for its cultural depth rather than diluted or reinterpreted through other lenses.

“Preserve Hong Kong’s unique cultural identity and create spaces of connection for both the diaspora and those who stay.”
As a Hong Kong filmmaker abroad, I carry not only my own experiences but also the voices of those who can no longer speak freely. Through storytelling, I hope to help preserve Hong Kong's cultural identity and contribute to a space of collective care.
I hope to continue refining my practice within the community, grounding my work in both emotional honesty and thoughtful reflection.

“Connecting with international audiences around universal values of freedom and remembrance.”
I believe art evokes empathy before understanding, and emotion before language. It is capable of carrying our memory across borders, ensuring that our voice continues to be seen, felt, and remembered by those far beyond Hong Kong.
My goal is to create art works that resonate not only with Hongkongers, but also with international audiences, promoting the universal values of democracy, freedom, and remembrance.
